Caribbean Goldspot Goby-Small
Goldspot Goby, Gnatholepis thompsoni.
We are excited to offer Goldspot Gobies. As the common name indicates, these fish have spot markings throughout their body. This species is native to the Caribbean. They are generally easy to pair up when adding two of them to the aquarium at the same time. They also do well in groups when introduced to the aquarium together. These are sure to add personality to your aquarium and are very hardy and great beginner fish.
Our Aquarium Conditioned fish are quarantined and observed at our aquaculture facility before offered for sale. We prophylactically deworm all our fish as well as run an anti-parasitic treatment on all of our fish. Our Aquarium Conditioned fish are trained to eat small pellets such as PE pellets, TDO pellets, frozen Mysis shrimp, Calanus, and more.
Size: ~0.5-2 inches. They will reach up to 1-2.5 inches with maturity.
We recommend housing singly, as a pair or in a group. They are peaceful fish and friendly to keep with our captive bred seahorses. These fish are very hardy.
