Aquarium Conditioned-African Bluestreak Cleaner Wrasse

Aquarium Conditioned-African Bluestreak Cleaner Wrasse, Labroides dimidiatus.

We are excited to offer Bluestreak Cleaner wrasses. This is a small species of wrasse reaching approximately 2-3 inches with maturity. They are colorful, active and peaceful. They can be kept singly, paired or in groups in the aquarium. They can usually be housed with other wrasse species. We recommend feeding them often, ideally multiple times per day. 

We recommend a larger aquarium for these such as 55 gallons or bigger. They need a lot of swimming space. Cleaner wrasses are known for setting up cleaning stations and forming a symbiotic relationship with other fish by cleaning parasites off of them.

Feeding: They are actively eating frozen Mysis shrimp and other prepared foods at our farm.

Our Aquarium Conditioned fish are quarantined and observed at our aquaculture facility before offered for sale. We prophylactically deworm all our fish as well as run an anti-parasitic treatment on all of our fish.  

Size: ~1.5-2.5 inches. They will reach up to ~2-3 inches with maturity.

They are peaceful fish and friendly to keep with our captive bred seahorses or in a reef tank.
