Aquarium Conditioned-Bellus Angelfish (Female)

Aquarium Conditioned-Bellus Angelfish female, Genicanthus bellus. 

Size: ~2.5-3+ inches. They will reach up to ~4-6+ inches with maturity.

We are excited to offer this Bellus angelfish. They are absolutely showy and gorgeous! The Bellus angelfish are one of few marine fish species that displays sexual dimorphism. The male is light with yellow line markings whereas the female is light with blue and blue striking line markings. They are beautiful. This is a great species if you are looking for something very unique and different. We are feeding them a variety of prepared foods including frozen Mysis shrimp, frozen Calanus, LRS frozen nano blend, and a variety of other foods at our farm.

Our Aquarium Conditioned fish are quarantined and observed at our aquaculture facility before offered for sale. We prophylactically deworm all our fish as well as run an anti-parasitic treatment on all of our fish.  

They are peaceful fish and friendly to keep with our captive bred seahorses. There is a possibility of them nipping at corals. Keeping them well fed lessens the likelihood of them nipping on corals. Of course, keep an eye on them. We recommend a large aquarium for them such as a 120 gallon or larger.
