Kuekenthals Cleaner Shrimp (Aiptasia Eater)

Peppermint Shrimp-Lysmata kuekenthali.

These cleaner shrimp make good clean-up crew and are popular for eating aiptasia. They will eat left over food, scavenge and are peaceful in a reef tank. These are very popular and hardy. These can be kept singly or in groups in the aquarium.

Size: ~0.75-1+ inches. They will reach up to ~1-2 inches. Sizes vary.

Note: When adding this shrimp to the aquarium it helps to add them with the lights out and lower them down to the rock work so they aren't swimming out in the open to avoid tank mates from confusing them for food when they are acclimating and still slow moving.
