Aquarium Conditioned-Mustard Tang (Large Size)

Aquarium Conditioned Mustard Tang, Acanthurus guttatus. 

Size: ~4.5-5+ inches. They will reach up to ~12+ inches with maturity.

We are excited to offer Mustard tangs. They are beautiful. This is a great species if you are looking for something very unique and different. This is a great algae grazer to help keep nuisance algae in check in the aquarium. They are beautiful with their unique lines. We are feeding them a variety of prepared foods including frozen Mysis shrimp, Nori, frozen Calanus, LRS frozen nano blend, and a variety of other foods at our farm.

Our Aquarium Conditioned fish are quarantined and observed at our aquaculture facility before offered for sale. We prophylactically deworm all our fish as well as run an anti-parasitic treatment on all of our fish.  

There is a possibility of them nipping at corals. Keeping them well fed lessens the likelihood of them nipping on corals. Of course, keep an eye on them. We recommend a large aquarium for them such as a 200 gallon or larger. This is also a great fish for people not keeping seahorses.
