Aquarium Conditioned-Gold Head Sleeper Goby Pair (Sand Sifters)

This is for a pair of Gold Head Sleeper Gobies (two gobies)

Size: ~2-4+ inch. They will reach up to ~3-5 inches with maturity.

Aquarium Conditioned-Gold Head Sleeper Goby, Valenciennea strigata.

We are excited to offer Gold Head Sleeper Gobies. These fish are very beautiful and unique with their bright yellow gold heads and blue streaks on their face. This is a hardy species and peaceful. This goby does sift sand and can be kept singly or as a pair. We are feeding them a variety of frozen Mysis shrimp, TDO and PE pellet food, calanus, LRS Nano blend and a variety of other foods.

Our Aquarium Conditioned fish are quarantined and observed at our aquaculture facility before offered for sale. We prophylactically deworm all our fish as well as run an anti-parasitic treatment on all of our fish.  

We recommend housing this species singly or as a pair. If kept as a pair we recommend adding them to the aquarium at the same time. They are peaceful fish and friendly to keep with our captive bred seahorses. They are jumpy so we highly recommend having a cover over your aquarium when keeping this species.
